On Sunday, August 30 the Eau Claire High School gym was named in honor of legendary former boys basketball coach George Glymph, who was named Coach of the Year 25 times in basketball, track and field, and cross-country. He also sent numerous players to play on the collegiate and professional basketball levels, including Jermaine O’Neal of the NBA’s Miami Heat.
