READING REALLY ROCKS IN RICHLAND ONE

Hundreds of students, parents, employees and community members turned out in full force at Crayton Middle School on Saturday, September 12 to celebrate the joy of reading at Reading Rocks Our World, the kick-off for the district’s new literacy initiative.
Activities included storytelling, book giveaways, appearances by local and national authors and other celebrities, special information sessions for parents and student performances. The event was an overwhelming success.
