Richland One Parents Can Apply Early for 2008-09 School Lunch Program
Richland One parents can get a head start on their back-to-school to-do list by applying for free or reduced price lunches this summer rather than waiting till school starts this fall.
In July staff from the district’s Student Nutrition Services Office will be at designated sites throughout the district to assist parents in completing the 2008-09 meal applications. Federal guidelines require students to apply for the program each year. Students who do not apply and those who do not meet the guidelines will be expected to pay full price for meals when they return to school in August.
