The
Partners In Education Foundation
presented the second annual Richland
One Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
Gala on Saturday, November 5, 2005
at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention
Center. The Hall of Fame honors distinguished
Richland One graduates and other
persons who have made significant
contributions to the district, their
communities, their professions and
society as a whole. The four 2005
inductees were: attorney and businessman
I.S. Leevy Johnson; retired educator
Celia Phelps Martin; the late Lt.
Col. George D. "Marty" Martin III;
and Chief Justice Jean Toal of the
S.C. Supreme Court.
