Three elementary schools met AYP two years in a row
Congratulations are in order for Edward E. Taylor, Gadsden and South Kilbourne Elementary Schools for meeting Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for two consecutive years. All schools met their AYP goals for the 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 school years through the hard work of students, parents and teachers.  It is important to note the Free/Reduced Lunch rates for these schools:  Edward E. Taylor is 96.2%, Gadsden is 90.55% and South Kilbourne is at 91.98%.  They're all staying focused this year to pull off the "three-peat!"
