Substitutes
are a critical member of the educational
team in Richland County School District
One. High-quality substitutes strive to
ensure that continuity of classroom instruction
and other educational services are provided
to our 26,000 plus students when regular
staff members are absent. Substitute teachers
work in elementary, middle, and high schools
as well as alternative school settings.
Richland One also employs substitute nurses,
substitute instructional assistants and
substitute secretaries.
Substituting
is an excellent way to learn more about Richland
